JoAnn, I'm sorry I didn't answer sooner. Actually, I just found your message!!! Better late, than never. :)
After graduating from Youngstown State as an accountant, Natalie worked as a bookkeeper for several years before going to work for the State of PA in Harrisburg. She lived in Marysville and passed away in August, 2001, as a result of a blood clot. She never married and had no children.
I am so very sorry to hear that Natalie Lewis has died. I didn't know her very well, but our class is dimished by her passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to any of her sisters or brothers and other relatives remaiing.
I knew Natalie somewhat well; we were very friendly to each other. She asked me out on a date in our senior year. I was awfully shy with girls and to be honest, I did not want to go to the party. I was nervous and anxious beyond words.A cab pulled up and Natalie was inside. We went to this party that did not have classmates and so I knew no one. My expectations were low, but Natalie made me feel comfortable. I enjoyed myself and regretted that I never did get to know her better. Yet another high school awkwardness moment that I have come to regret. Steve Rosenfield

Natalie was a great friend, almost a sister to me. She had a hard life, but still maintained a heart of gold. I miss her.

When did she pass away. I can see her in my mind's eye. It was hard for her at Allderdice. In some ways Allderdice was hard for most of us.

And, yes, Alderdice was hard for her, and most of us.
