Arthur passed away on February 17, 2016 from cancer. He is survived by his wife Yvonne and daughters Nicole and Tina. Arthur also is survived by three granddaughters. He started and managed his own printing company which was located one block away from TAHS on Forward Ave. His sisters - Carmen (class of 1959) and Carol (class of 1971) also graduated from TAHS.

Sorry to learn of Artie's passing. We were on opposite sides of a brief flare-up in our senior year. I lost a fight to him that I didn't know I was in until I woke up on an Allderdice hallway floor after being knocked out. He was fast. I didn't see it coming. I had to do the Class Play that year in heavy make-up to hide a black eye. Ten years later, we found ourselves eyeball to eyeball again, but that time, managed somehow, to find grace and shake hands instead. It was a victory for both of us and humanity. Bon Voyage, Artie.
